I don’t offer one-off sessions as a standalone option. This work is most effective when there’s space for continuity, reflection, and integration—something that unfolds over time rather than in a single session. That said, the Monthly Anchor package offers a spacious and flexible entry point, with one session per month and practical resources to support you in between sessions.
There’s no long-term commitment—you’re free to opt out or change your package. And if you’re unsure what level of support is right for you, you’re always welcome to book a free Clarity Call to explore what feels most aligned.

At this stage, eating disorder recovery coaching isn’t eligible for rebates through Medicare, Mental Health Care Plans, or private health insurance.
I truly hope this changes in the future as the value of this kind of support becomes more widely recognised. In the meantime, I’m committed to making this work as accessible, impactful, and supportive as possible.
