Yes — I know how hard it can be to watch someone you love struggle, especially when they don’t seem to want help. You might feel powerless, confused, or unsure how to support them — afraid of making things worse. This space is here for you — to be met with compassion, to better understand what might be driving certain behaviours, and to feel more steady within yourself.
Our work focuses on supporting your emotional regulation, communication, and overall wellbeing, expanding your capacity to meet challenges with greater clarity, connection and presence — no matter where your loved one is at.
-
Yes — if your loved one is open and willing to engage in the process.
I don’t take a directive or forceful approach, so it’s important that they’re choosing this support from a place of sincere willingness, even if some uncertainty or resistance is present.
I invite you to book a Clarity Call to share any concerns, ask questions, and explore how I might support you — and potentially your loved one — from where you are now.

These sessions are a supportive space for you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore how to stay steady while supporting your loved one. Together, we work with practical tools from Self Enquiry, Self Recognition, and Self Regulation to help you move out of survival mode and meet the challenges of caregiving with greater clarity and presence.
Through Self Enquiry, you’ll learn to identify and question the unconscious beliefs and fears that may be fuelling anxiety, guilt, or reactivity—like I should be doing more or It’s my fault. This isn’t about positive thinking or fixing yourself. It’s about gently shining light on what’s underneath so you can respond with more space, trust, and stability.
Self Recognition is a guided, embodied practice that supports you in remembering who you are beneath the overwhelm—beyond roles, thoughts, or emotions. In this space, you directly experience the peace and steadiness that’s already here, no matter what’s going on around you.
Self Regulation helps you step out of fight, flight, or freeze patterns—those automatic responses that can take over when things feel too much. You’ll learn simple, effective tools to support emotional balance and nervous system resilience, so you can stay grounded and present even in difficult moments.
Sessions are personalised and responsive to what’s showing up for you—whether it’s emotional exhaustion, confusion about how to help, or a longing to feel more anchored in yourself.
You’ll also receive simple, practical resources and action steps to support you between sessions, with the option for voice/text support to help you stay connected and supported as things unfold at home.
